Affiliate Program Terms
Thank you for your interest in the NeonPanel Affiliate Program! This agreement is designed to protect you, NeonPanel, and our customers. Please read thoroughly. If you have any questions, please contact us at partners@neonpanel.com.
This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the NeonPanel Affiliate Program. In this agreement, the term "Affiliate" refers to you (the applicant). In this agreement, "NeonPanel" refers to NeonPanel, with whom you are entering this agreement. By applying to the NeonPanel Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read the agreement and agree to the terms and conditions.
Affiliate Tiers and Payouts
Bronze. 0-3 referrals/month. 15% commission for the first year.
Silver. 4-8 referrals/month. 20% commission for the first year.
Gold. 8-15 referrals/month. 25% commission for the first year.
Platinum. 15+ referrals/month. 30% commission for the first year.
Commissions
For a sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the customer must complete the upgrade to a paid plan on NeonPanel and remain a paid customer for at least 30 days. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the customer clicks through qualified, correctly structured Affiliate links. Properly coded links are the sole responsibility of the Affiliate. Commissions can be viewed on the Affiliate Dashboard. Cookies used for tracking referrals will last for 90 days.We can also track referrals using individual discount codes provided to Affiliates for their clients. These discount codes are valid as long as this program is active.
The commissions accumulate with recurring payments made by a customer, limited to the first 12 months of the first year.
Payments
To allow time for refunds, commissions are payable 30 days after the payment made by a customer. Commissions are then due when the Affiliate’s balance reaches a minimum of 100 USD.
Commissions are paid via PayPal or ACH during the first week of each month.
Refunds If a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the Affiliate has earned commissions, the commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance.
Usage and Obligations
Affiliates are permitted to use the NeonPanel brand and marketing resources available in the Affiliate Resource Center. Logos and other assets cannot be modified. The Affiliate does not gain any trademark, copyright, or other rights to these materials.
The Affiliate must ensure all information shared about NeonPanel and its products is accurate.
The Affiliate is permitted to use online paid advertising to promote their Affiliate links, except for Google Ads / PPC, which are not allowed.
The Affiliate will not imply that they are acting on behalf of NeonPanel. The Affiliate will never represent themselves, NeonPanel, or their relationship with NeonPanel in a false or misleading way.
The Affiliate will not manipulate Affiliate tracking to get attributed web traffic they did not directly generate.
The Affiliate will not engage in the distribution of unsolicited bulk email mentioning or referencing NeonPanel.
The Affiliate is not permitted to refer themselves, someone in their company or office, or create an account on behalf of someone else.
The Affiliate is prohibited from promoting NeonPanel through coupon sites or sharing unauthorized discount coupons.
The Affiliate must not share false or misleading information, such as fake discounts or unauthorized claims about NeonPanel or its products.
Termination
Either party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without prior notice.
If the Affiliate terminates the agreement, no further commissions from NeonPanel will be paid for any past or future customer transactions.
If NeonPanel chooses to terminate the agreement, the remaining balance will be paid to the Affiliate within 60 days of termination.
If NeonPanel terminates the agreement due to a violation of the Affiliate Program Terms, commissions will not be paid or owed.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware.
Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include but are not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures, and Affiliate Program rules. The most up-to-date terms will be available at /affiliate-terms.
